The Receiver confirms that the alleged licensee Mr Rajeev Narain has removed his personal articles and belongings from the flat in question in Imperial House, Malad Goregaon Link Road, Goregaon. The Receiver is in physical possession of the vacant flat. 2.

He will now proceed to hand over possession of this flat i.e. Flat No. 1, 33rd floor of Type 'C', Building No.18, 'B' Wing, Imperial Heights, Malad Goregaon Line Road, Goregaon (West), 10th December 2019

901-CRR-139-19.DOC Mumbai 400 062 and two car parking spaces bearing Nos. 59 and 59T, in podium 2, to the Petitioner, Phoenix ARC Private Limited or its nominee as indicated to the Court Receiver. This will be done within one week from today.

So far as the remaining prayers in the Report are concerned including for recovery of unpaid license fees from the licensees, the Report will be taken up in January. The advocate for the licensee is required to take full and proper instructions by the next date on this aspect of the matter.
