After the writ petition was argued for some time, Mr.Khandeparkar learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal under section 15 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 and challenge the impugned communication, copy of which is at page 74, Exhibit 'M' to the paper book. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
