The learned Counsel for Applicant submits that she received instructions from her client to file appropriate application for transfer of decree at District Court, Alwar (Rajasthan State) for execution. She submits that she requires six weeks time to file appropriate application.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for Applicant and as they want to file application for transfer of decree to the District Court, Alwar (Rajasthan State), nothing is survived in the present Chamber Summons.
