This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent nos.3 and 4 to decide the proceedings pending with the concerned authorities in pursuance of the order passed by the High Power Committee on 04.09.2015 in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period six months from today, if the proceedings are yet not finally disposed of, and it is accordingly directed.
