Ms. Panda, counsel for applicant states that applicant has received an e-mail dated 25th September, 2018 from Official Liquidator to which is attached an undated letter seeking certain documents. Ms.Panda states that the documents mentioned in item no.2 are with Azad Maidan Police Station and F.I.R. number is 274 of 2015 lodged on 2nd October, 2015. Ms.Panda states that applicant will request Azad Maidan Police Station to give a certified copy of the original/certified true copy of the Inter Corporate Deposit Receipt and Demand Trupti

Azad Maidan Police Station is directed to provide a certified copy within two weeks of receiving request. 3.

Ms. Panda states that the remaining items required by Official Liquidator will also be provided within three weeks from today to Official Liquidator.
