Ms. Soumya, Advocate for the Judgment Creditor states that pursuant to Chamber Order dated 18th November, 2017 for substitute service, the Judgment Debtor is duly served. Accordingly, Affidavit of service dated 11th December, 2017, inter alia, stating therein that the copy of Insolvency Notice is affixed at the outer door of the residential premises of the Judgment Debtor is filed. However, she undertakes to file an additional Affidavit of service of Insolvency Notice by remaining two modes, within two weeks from to-day. PER INSOLVENCY REGISTRAR :- In view thereof, matter is removed from the Board. It is made clear that if no steps have been taken by the Judgment Creditor as mentioned hereinabove, within two weeks, then Registry is directed to place this matter for dismissal under Rule 52D in due course.
