Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners/plaintiffs. 2.

This is a Leave Petition filed under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The suit is filed for a permanent order and injunction restraining the defendants from making defamatory allegations against the plaintiffs and for other reliefs. The defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court at Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh. From the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff and the averments made in paragraph 13 of the Plaint, I satisfy that the petitioners/plaintiffs have made out a case for allowing this petition. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:- "(a) That Leave may be granted to the Petitioner under clause XII of the Letters Patent to file the above suit against the Defendants in this Hon'ble Court."
