The counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the notice of motion with liberty to take out fresh notice of motion. The notice of motion is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty sought. The counsel for the plaintiffs states that there has been considerable delay and no explanation has come forth in the affidavit in support for the delay. The same could be raised as and when the defendants took out fresh notice of motion.

At this stage, the counsel for the defendants states that defendant nos.1, 8, 9, 21, 24 have expired. Based on the statement made, the counsel for the plaintiffs seeks leave to strike off their names from the array of the defendants. Leave granted. The plaintiffs to amend the cause title suitably within two weeks from today.
