By a separate order passed by this Court in Company Petition No.690 of 2015, the company petition is admitted by this Court. However, I do not propose to appoint the Provisional Liquidator in the facts and circumstances of this case. 2.

The company application is accordingly disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
