Today, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that he tried to serve the Petitioner but could not find him. On the last date when the matter was called out, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner stated that he did not have instructions. We had adjourned the matter to 27.07.2017. The prayer is made seeking papers, records from Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 in respect of Petitioner's son's admission to Respondent No.3. It appears that the Petitioner is not interested in further prosecuting the Writ Petition.
