The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition as the petitioners want to prosecute the pending Appeal No.227 of 2012 under Section 217 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888. He, however, seeks liberty to file a fresh petition for claiming reliefs which are prayed for in this petition, if an

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
