The Court Receiver's Report was actually disposed of by the order of 6th February 2020. The disposal inadvertently remained to be noted and instead the matter was stood over to 11th March 2020. No further orders are required. The Court Receiver's Report stands disposed of.

The premises in question are a hotel at Powai. It was given to the Defendant on a conducting basis. The Court Receiver resumed possession from the Defendant.

The Plaintifs' submission is that possession should be handed over to them without any terms as to security or royalty. It appears that this was the prayer (b) in the earlier Report which was disposed of, but no order has been made on that prayer. Now that the Report has been disposed of, I will require the Plaintifs to fle Interim Application for this relief.

Liberty to the Plaintifs to have the fresh IA listed for an early hearing. The Court Receiver is to be joined as a party Respondent to that Interim Application.
