Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the letter dated 23.09.2021 issued by the Assistant General Manager of Market Intermediaries Regulation and Supervision Department-II, Securities and Exchange Board of India, grievance of the petitioners has been redressed. He, therefore, submits that petitioners would not like to pursue this petition.
