Mr.Khandekar states the reason for this step is because based on the documents which they have, this Court may not have jurisdiction but they hope to trace some more documents. In such a situation as and when they find any new documents that indicate that this Court will have jurisdiction, the plaintiffs may, if advised, file a fresh suit. Suit dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. Pending Notice of Motion stands disposed. Any interim order also stands vacated.
