Defendant No.1 / Award Debtor No.1 has appeared in Court pursuant to non bailable warrant issued against her. 2.
She has been directed by the Court to set out her movable and immovable properties. She is accompanied by her son. Her son has set out three immovable properties one of which is their residential premises and two others are stated to be rented properties. She has signed the list before the Court. The list is accepted as disclosure of the particulars of her assets and properties because she has no legal representation. She states that aside from these three properties there are no other properties belonging to her.

The award creditor shall be entitled to take photocopy of the list of the properties signed by the award debtor. The list is taken on record signed by the award debtor.

The award debtor applies for time to settle the dispute. Time is granted. However the award debtor shall not sell, transfer, alienate, create any third party rights of the above three properties. The award debtor is explained this order by the Court in Hindi. 5.
The chamber summons is disposed off accordingly. 6.
The settlement and / or the execution shall proceed. (ROSHAN DALVI, J.)
