This is the Plaintiffs' Chamber Summons to add two parties as Plaintiffs Nos. 3 and 4, these being said to be assignees from the Plaintiffs of the Plaintiffs' marks in the Suit. 6th February 2017

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out on or before 24th February 2017. A slightly longer time is allowed since the Plaintiffs may not have a duly authorised local representative to reaffirm the Plaint. A copy of the amended Plaint is to be served on the Advocates for the Defendants within a week thereafter.
