Learned counsel for the applicant/ plaintiff states that the suit claim has been settled out of court and that the decree stands satisfied. Accordingly she seeks leave to withdraw the execution application and the interim application. Accordingly, I pass the following order : (i) Execution application is dismissed as infructuous. (ii) In view of the disposal of the Execution Application, Interim Application will not survive. Interim Application is also disposed as infructous.

(iii) All interim orders shall stand vacated.
