After the matter was heard for some time and after we have perused the order impugned in this appeal, we are of the view that at this stage the question of interfering with the order refusing to grant ad-interim
2/2 relief does not arise.

We are informed that the pleadings in the Notice of Motion are complete and ends of justice is met if the hearing of the Notice of Motion is expedited.

The learned Single Judge shall not be influenced by any observations made by the learned Single Judge while refusing to grant adinterim relief. 4.
