By this chamber summons, the applicant i.e. the proposed petitioner is seeking deletion of the original petitioner and further, seeks herself to be brought on record. It is submitted that during the pendency of the petition, the original petitioner expired on 19th June 2019. It is further submitted that the chamber summons have been moved within time.
