Permission is granted. The Commercial Summary Suit is disposed of as withdrawn.

The Plaintiff is entitled to refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with law. The date of this order shall be treated as the date of application for refund of Court fees.

Considering that the Plaintiff has its registered office in Italy, it would be appropriate that the Court fees to be released in favour of the Advocate for the Plaintiff.
