This petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing the Petitioner to make representation to Respondent No. 2 for implementation of the SR Scheme, if not already made. If such a representation is made by the Petitioner, Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same by giving hearing to all the concerned party, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks.
