In view thereof, this writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the orders passed in the above matters and also Writ Petition No.1711 of 2008 {M/s. DLF Akruti Info Park Pune Ltd. Vs. The Union of India & Ors.} which stood disposed of on 28-7-2017, copy of which is placed on record and marked "X" for identification.
