Order dated 21-7-2017 in Writ Petition No.7914 of 2008 in the matter of M/s. Taj Manufacturing Solutions Ltd. Vs. Union of India & Ors.

In view thereof, this writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the orders passed in the above matters and also Writ Petition No.1711 of 2008 {M/s. DLF Akruti Info Park Pune Ltd. Vs. The Union of India & Ors.} which stood disposed of on 28-7-2017, copy of which is placed on record and marked "X" for identification.

The orders and directions in those matters will follow in this matter. It is conceded that the controversy is identical to those disposed of cases.
