It is stated that the petitioner - Raj Patel has taken away the papers from his advocate Mr. Rajesh Bindra.

The Writ Petition is pending in this Court from September 2014. It is lodged on 21st August 2014 and filed on 29th October 2014. Since that date, the Petition has appeared on several occasions and Mr. Bindra has appeared for the petitioner. We do not approve of this statement and 1/2 WP-2578-14.doc
made belatedly that the papers are taken away from Mr. Bindra. Mr. Bindra should have obtained discharge in accordance with the rule. 3.
