This is an application for directions to the Official Liquidator to pay the outstanding security charges to the applicant for the period from 23.4.2017 to 31.10.2017 .The Official Liquidator has filed reply dated 23.4.2017 and in Para 15 of the said reply it has been mentioned that the applicant is entitled to only Rs.1,70,733/- plus service tax as may be applicable under the rules.

In view thereof, the application is allowed and the

2 /2cal-559-16-57 Official Liquidator is directed to pay the applicant a sum of Rs.1,70,733/- plus service tax as may be applicable under the law within a period of 4-weeks from today. 3.

It is needless to mention that the applicant to provide necessary documents and comply the necessary formalities as per the rules.
