It is agreed between the parties that even this petition would be governed and disposed of in terms of the order passed on Commercial Arbitration Petition (L.) No.867 of 2019. In this case the mandate of the arbitral tribunal had expired on 16 May 2019. 2.

For the reasons set out in the order passed today on Commercial Arbitration Petition (L.) No.867 of 2019, the mandate of arbitral tribunal is extended for a period of 8 months from today. The parties shall co-operate in the early conclusion of the arbitral proceeding. All contentions of the parties on merits of the matter are expressly kept open.
