1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted draft of the Judge'

s order along with affidavit of the petitioner affirmed on 15.05.2023, copy of the grant issued on 18.08.2022, copies of letters issued by the MHADA on 06.02.2023 having outward no. 708, 707, 709 of 2023, copy of the possession receipt dated 03.04.2023, copy of the draft sale deed.

2. There are corrections in a draft which are required to be carried out. Furthermore, as per the petitioner property which is proposed to be sold is allotted by the MHADA, in lieu of property which is mentioned in the schedule of the petition.

3. Hence, petitioner to comply the same.
