This is a Notice of Motion by one Mr Shailendra P Nirmal, heir and legal representative of Defendant No. 13, Ramesh Dhobi, who died on 1st July 2005. Although this was intimated by the Advocates for the Plaintifs by a letter dated 7th November 2005, no steps were taken. Accordingly, it is submitted that the Suit No. 1574 of 1997 as against Defendant No. 13 has abated. This is correct. 22nd November 2018
