Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submit that some more documents are furnished to the City Survey Officer in City Survey Office. The City Survey office has received all the documents relating to the issues raised in the Petition and the prayers made therein.

We direct the City Survey Officer to go through the record, hear the Petitioners and take appropriate decision strictly as
