Learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 tenders letter dated 23.02.2015, written by the Passport Granting Officer, Policy Regional Office, Mumbai to the petitioner. The letter refers the Order No. VI/405/2/1/2014 (Vol.VI), dated 16.02.2015 passed by the Appellate Authority in the Ministry of External Affairs, New Delhi regarding restoration of passport facility to the petitioner. By this letter, the petitioner is informed that as per the Ministry's Uday S. Jagtap

2271-14-wp=.doc instructions, it has been decided to restore his passport facility on merit. The letter further states that necessary instructions regarding deletion of the petitioner's name from the Look Out Cell are being informed to all the concerned. The letter is issued to enable the petitioner to travel on his Passport No.F9759802, dated 11.09.2006. The letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.
