By this Application, the Applicants seek the following reliefs : "(a) Leave be granted to the Applicants to take out the present Company Application ;

(b) The Respondent Company be ordered and directed to pay the sum of Rs.70,01,414/- to the Applicants with interest at the rate of 18% per annum from 1st April, 2013". 2.

The Respondent Company is wound up by an order passed by

Nitin 2 / 2 957-CA-187-2014 this Court dated 20th February, 2015. In view thereof, the Applicants shall file their claims before the Official Liquidator. 3.

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claims of the Applicants within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the claims from the Applicants.

Any delay in filing the claims stands condoned. 5.
