The Petitioner who claims to be a social activist person has challenged the pensionary benefits granted to the Respondent No.6. The Apex Court, in the case of Girjesh Shrivastava Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh, reported in (2010) 10 SCC 707, has held that no Public Interest Litigation is to be entertained in the service matter. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
