Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The order passed the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master on 4th July 2017 under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980 is set aside on the condition that the petitioner removes all office objections within two week's from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. Chamber order is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
