Learned counsel for the parties also tendered affidavit of examination in chief of both the parties consenting the dissolution of the marriage solemnized between them under section 32B of the Parsi Marriages and Divorce Act, 1936 and also confirming the consent terms dated 16th October,2019 forming part of the decree. Both the affidavits are taken on record.
