According to the Petitioner its Adjudication Case No.ADJ/M/5278/2010 bearing receipt No.16 dated 04/12/2010 is pending since 2010.

Having considered the submissions made by learned Counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.2 to consider and decide the Petitioner's aforesaid Adjudication Case No.ADJ/M/5278/2010 as expeditiously as possible, if not already decided, but in any case not later than six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the Petition is disposed of.
