The learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent informs the Court that the Company - Pinnacle Infrastructure International Pvt.Ltd. is already wound up by an order of this Court dated 6th April, 2015 passed in CP No. 390 of 2012. However, since an Appeal has been filed against the said order by the Respondent, the above Company Petition, for the reasons set out in the order dated 30th March, 2015 is also allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). The Company Petition is accordingly disposed of.
