During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the Petitioner made a limited prayer that this Petition may be disposed of by directing Respondent No. 1 - Secretary to consider and take appropriate decision on the query made by the Collector - Respondent No. 2 vide its letter dated 7th January, 2017 (Exhibit G). 3.

The learned AGP appearing for the Respondents made statement that the State Government will take appropriate decision on the said letter addressed by the Collector to the State Government as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we dispose of this Vishal Parekar 1/2

20-wpl-2184-2017.doc Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 - State Government to take appropriate decision on the said letter dated 7th January, 2017 (Exhibit G) as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

The decision as may be taken by the State Government shall be informed to the Petitioner.

The Petition is disposed of as such.
