Since the parties were earlier contesting the above Arbitration Petition and this court was not inclined to hear the same, the Arbitration Petition was removed from the board of this Court. The parties are now desirous of filing Consent Terms dated 20th February, 2015 in the above Chamber Summons and are seeking an order in terms of Consent Terms dated 20th February, 2015 signed by the parties and their Advocates.
