The applicant has attained majority. The applicant has produced the original birth certificate of Rajkot Municipal Corporation showing his birth on 15th December, 1993. The applicant would, therefore, be entitled to be handed over his share from the sale proceeds of the suit property. The various bonds with the various banks which are required to be handed over are stated to represent only the share of the applicant.
