1] The Official Liquidator inform that the two previous attempts of sale of the property viz. Shanti Vimal, Ground Floor, Sir Pherozshah Mehta Road, Vile Parel (E), Mumbai - 400 057, have failed, as no offers were received.

(7)OLR-98-2023.doc For the first attempt on 20.12.2022, the reserve price was fixed as Rs.2,50,00,000/-, and EMD was fixed as Rs.50,000/- and during the second attempt, on 16.01.2023, price and MED was maintained, but no offer was received.

2] In the wake of above, I deem it appropriate to permit the Official Liquidator to attempt third time for sale of the immovable property and movable assets lying therein, by adhering to the already fixed reserve price and EMD.

The Official Liquidator shall follow necessary steps. OLR NO.98/2023 is made absolute, in terms of prayer clause no. (a) to (d).

List IAL No.28359/2022 a/w OLR No.165/2022 on 27.07.2023 at 2.30 p.m.
