Perused the report. Heard the Official Liquidator. Prayer clause (a) , which seeks permission to settle the outstanding bill of the advertising agency towards the costs of publication, is allowed. Prayer clause (b) is allowed by appointing M/s Kanti Karamsey & Co. as a valuer of the corporate office and the movables described in prayer clause (b). The report is disposed of accordingly.
