The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently it remained on their part to join all the parties as shown in Annexure-II as well as order passed by the High Power Committee. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition to fle a fresh petition for same cause of action. To that efect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identifcation. Same is accepted. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
