We are not inclined to entertain the notice of motion and consider the prayer made therein as while issuing rule on 09.10.2015, this Court had made it clear that the petition would be heard only in regular course. It is also further needs to be noted that when the matter came up before this Court on

Sudhir Rane 11-NMW-387-2017.doc 27.09.2016, an order directing the removal of the matter from the board was passed.

In view of the aforesaid, we refuse to grant the prayers made in the notice of motion. The notice of motion stands disposed of. The petitioners may take appropriate steps, as are permissible in law.
