The above Writ Petition is disposed of by order dated 26.6.2019. The directions given to the parties by the said order are reproduced hereunder:- "(i) The petitioner shall attend the meeting before the CEO, SRA on 12.7.2019 at 12.00 p.m. in his chamber with all the documents (ii) The CEO, SRA shall after hearing the petitioner and the developer pass appropriate orders including the order with regard to the claim of the petitioner of enhanced
compensation receivable by him from the developer." 2.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner has now taken out the above Notice of Motion wherein he has made a grievance that the CEO, SRA has partly heard the matter and has not given any fixed date of hearing. He has submitted that this approach causing great delay which in turn is causing grave prejudice to the petitioner. Learned Advocate appearing for the SRA states that the matter will be heard by the CEO, SRA on 22.8.2019 at 11.00 a.m. and he shall hear and dispose of the same within eight weeks from today. In view thereof, the following order is passed:
(i) The parties shall appear before the CEO, SRA on 22.8.2019 at 11.00 a.m.;
(ii) If the parties intend to file additional documents / pleadings before the CEO, SRA, they shall do so by 22.8.2019;
(iii) The CEO, SRA shall hear the matter and pass final orders within the period of eight weeks from today;
(iv) The CEO, SRA shall not adjourn the matter on the request of either side unless extremely necessary; (v) All the contentions of the parties are kept open. 3.
