Since the Respondent Company - M/s. Volgadelite Plastic Udyog Private Limited is already ordered to be wound up by an order of this Court dated 6th February, 2015 in Company Petition No. 347 of 2013, the Petitioner in the above Company Petition shall file its claim before the Official Liquidator.

The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Petitioner within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the claim from the Petitioner.
