It is further submitted that W.P.No.297 OF 2017 is wrongly typed instead of W.P.(L) No. 2197 of 2017. Hence, W.P. No.297 of 2017 be read as W.P. (L) No. 2197 of 2017. The opposite side has no objection to carry out the above corrections in the order dated 14th August, 2017.
