Perused the Report. The same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (c), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) Plaintiff Bank may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,606/- towards cost, charges and expenses of Court Receiver as per final statement of account within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court along with interest at the rate Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper from the date of preparation of final statement of account till its actual realization;
(c) cost of this Report may be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) and be directed to come out of the funds in the hands of the Court Receiver as Receiver;"

Mr. Sharma, Manager of Plaintiff, who is present in Court undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver including costs within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
