The only request made in these two petitions by the petitioners' counsel Mr. Chaudhari is that the respondents have not assessed the bills of entries finally though they have been lodged as far back as on 31 March 1997/1998. 2) Mr. Jetly, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, makes a statement that the assessment in regard to these bills of entries would be expedited as expeditiously as

ASN 2/2 WP-0734-921-14 possible and concluded within a period of four weeks from today. We accept this statement made by Mr. Jetly, on instructions, as undertaking given to this court.
