This notice of motion is for restoration of the suit that came to be dismissed by a self operative order dated 14th June 2016 whereby the plaintiffs were directed to remove office objections on or before 28th June 2016, failing which the suit shall stand disposed under OS Rule 986. The counsel for the plaintiffs makes a statement that on or before 7th January 2017, all office objections will be removed.

In view of this statement made by the counsel for the plaintiffs, the order dated 14th June 2016 passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master, Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

26.nms.2051.2016.ssl.312.2016.doc High Court, Bombay is recalled and the suit is restored to file. If the office objections are not removed by 7th January 2017, the suit will automatically stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. The notice of motion disposed accordingly.
