Heard the learned Advocates for the parties and by consent, the following order is passed :

(i) The impugned order dated 15 th June, 2017 is set aside and the Petitioner is allowed to amend the Complaint as sought in her Application seeking amendment. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date of this order. A copy of the amended Complaint shall be forthwith served on the Respondents who shall file their Additional Written Statement if any within a period of one week thereafter. All contentions of the parties are kept open. (ii)The Industrial Court shall dispose off Complaint (ULP) No.497 of 2012 within a period of six months from the date of this order. (iii)The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Industrial SSP 1/2

wp 2074 of 2017 (917).sxw Court on 20 th November, 2017 at 11.00 a.m., and after producing a copy of this order, obtain necessary directions.

(iv)If the Industrial Court who has passed the impugned order is vacant, the parties shall appear before the President, Industrial Court, who may retain the Complaint in his Court or assign the same to some other Court.
