By this Writ petition the petitioner seeks to challenge order dated 20 th April, 2017 passed in Application (IDA) NO. 22 of 2012 by which the 8 th Labour Court rejected the application.

The facts are similar to those in Writ Petition no. 2797 of 2017, the only difference being that the petitioner herein joined in the year 1989 i.e. after the petitioner in the Writ Petition no. 2797 of 2017, for the reasons set out in the order of even date in Writ Petition no. 2797 of 2017 no interference is called for in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court. I therefore pass the following order : (i) Writ Petition dismissed.

(ii) No order as to costs.
